PAI Northern Thai Kitchen (PAI) is a popular Thai restaurant in Toronto founded by chefs Nuit and Jeff Regular. It specializes in northern Thai cuisine and has multiple locations including its flagship on Duncan Street in the Entertainment District and a site in Yonge–Eglinton.

The food is known for its vibrancy, authenticity, and bold flavours. Signature dishes include Khao Soi, Pad Gra Prow (holy basil stir-fry), Chef Nuit’s Pad Thai, and papaya salad with dried shrimp. There are also vegetarian and vegan options available.

PAI offers a casual but stylish atmosphere, featuring exposed brick walls and wood-panelled ceilings. It provides dine-in, takeout, and delivery options. Lunch and dinner hours vary by location; for example, the downtown Duncan Street location opens around 11:45 AM on most days (later on Mondays) and stays open until about 9:30–10:00 PM. Reservations are accepted for certain times, especially for larger groups, but walk-ins are also welcome.
